Process for downloading mobile app FAnn mGiftCard to the smartphone:
1. Download to the smartphone mobile app called FAnn mgiftcard for free.
2. Scratch off the PIN code and use it in your app with number from the back side of giftcard.
3. Giftcard will be displayed in mobile app FAnn mgiftcard.
If you decide to send the giftcards to your friend please use the following process:
1. When your giftcard will be displayed, find function send and choose way to deliver giftcard. SMS, EMAIL or FACEBOOK.
If you want to send giftcards via Facebook the login function needs to be turned on in the setting options and you need to log in to your account.
2. Put contact detail of recipient (phone, email, Facebook contact).
3. Put text for message, add a picture and send the giftcard.
4. After sending giftcard will be deleted from your mobile app and displayed in SMS, EMAIL or FACEBOOK of recipient.

3. Afterwards shopkeeper scan BAR code – number of card with scanner and your redemption will be realized.
Process for finding out the credit balance or expiry date of giftcards:
1. Open mobile app Fann mGiftCard in your smartphone.
2. Click on your giftcard FAnn parfumérie, choose action detail and then transaction. There are all details about your giftcards.
Process for reloading of giftcard:
1. Open mobile app Fann mGiftCard in your smartphone.
2. Click on your giftcard FAnn parfumérie, choose action reload and show your display of your smartphone with BAR code – number of card to shopkeeper.
3. Afterwards shopkeeper scan BAR code – number of card with scanner and your giftcard will be reloaded by your requested value, which will be paid to shopkeeper.
